Over the years, Panacea Collective has had the privilege of collaborating with the iconic Arlyn Studios—Austin’s legendary recording studio and private venue, built in 1984 within the historic Austin Opry House building established by Willie Nelson. From VIP after-parties to intimate live performances, our partnership has brought unforgettable events to life in one of the city’s most inspiring spaces.
Nestled just off South Congress, Arlyn Studios has been a cornerstone of Austin’s music scene since it was founded by Willie Nelson in 1984. Over the decades, its legendary walls have welcomed artists like Sublime, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Gary Clark Jr., Merle Haggard, and, of course, Willie himself.
Panacea had the honor of producing Arlyn’s 40th anniversary celebration at the iconic venue. The lineup was stacked with incredible performances from Los Lonely Boys, Miranda Lambert, Steve Earle, Reckless Kelly, Terry Allen and family, and Charlie Sexton.
The festivities spilled into the parking lot with sponsor pop-ups from Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Lalo Tequila, Armadillo World Headquarters, Big Hat Spirits, and Lone Star Beer, plus delicious bites from Lin and Suerte.
It was a full day and evening filled with music, community, and celebration—one of our favorite events to share with our friends in the Austin music world.
We all know Tito’s Handmade Vodka as a true Austin staple. In April 2022, we produced and designed Tito’s 25th anniversary celebration at the legendary Arlyn Studios, where guests were welcomed with a striking photo-lined walkway showcasing the brand’s journey from its very first production to the thriving icon it is today.
Inside, the party came to life with delicious bites from Little Ola’s Biscuits and Austin Oyster Company, and music from DJ Mel, Nether Hour, and Disco Cowboy. One of the crowd favorites was our ice shot station, where guests took a shot in an ice glass, then hurled it at a target—a hit with everyone.
A deeply meaningful moment of the night was honoring the late Kevin Williamson, beloved owner of the iconic Ranch 616, with 300 “Fire in the Hole” shots as a heartfelt toast. We also kept spirits high with frozen espresso martinis and plenty of Tito’s classics.
Panacea partnered with Arlyn Studios to produce two intimate, limited-series concerts like no other. The unforgettable nights with legends Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson followed by another evening with Willie and Gary Clark Jr. sharing the same stage in front of an audience of less than 200. A once in a lifetime experience that brought all the emotions.
This unforgettable celebration honored the birthday of a true music industry icon. Hosted at the intimate and iconic Arlyn Studios, the evening brought together close friends and family for a night filled with warmth, music, and joy. Special guests Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, and George Strait surprised everyone with an impromptu, personalized “Happy Birthday” performance — making it a once-in-a-lifetime night to remember.
Following his headlining performance at the Besame Mucho Festival, Carin León celebrated in style with an exclusive after party surrounded by his closest friends and fellow festival headliners. Guests enjoyed an authentic taste of Mexico thanks to our incredible sponsors: Electrolit, Cerveza Victoria (supplied by Constellation Brands), Chamoy, and Taqueria El Remolkito. The atmosphere was elevated even further with the playful presence of Dr. Simi’s straight from Mexico City.
A special thanks to culinary powerhouses Sam Hellman-Mass and Chef Fermín Núñez of Suerte—true ATX icons—whose food and hospitality made the night unforgettable.
A truly special couple who grew up at Arlyn Studios chose to celebrate their love right where it all began. Panacea had the privilege of transforming the space with a staged hotel lobby, an elegant dinner tent, and a beautiful ceremony setting.
