Our events team produced a corporate retreat in Costa Rica. The week included every kind of ceviche under the sun, fabulous dinners, beach fire dancers, a poolside reception, and LOTS of monkey sitings.
In Vegas, we lead all aspects of a corporate sales and marketing meeting. Including multi-day meetings and breakouts, various dinners and full scope conference services. Yes, we gambled. Some wins, some losses.
The LBJ Foundation presented its highest honor, the LBJ Liberty & Justice for All Award, to Texas singer-songwriter and legend Willie Nelson. The gala, held at the LBJ Library Plaza featured musical performances by Eric Church, Sam Hunt, Elle King and Lyle Lovett.

The Annual Pop-Up Picnic helps raise funds that support Waterloo Greenway Conservancy’s mission of creating and maintaining an extraordinary urban park system, in partnership with the City of Austin, for the benefit of all.
This year we had family-friendly programming and activities, live music from some of Austin’s best musicians, and special sweet treats!
The Texas Film Awards 2023 went big and brought the festivities to Willie Nelson’s Luck, TX, just outside of Austin. Guests were transported to this mesmerizing movie-set-turned-venue where they enjoyed elegant cocktails, live music, and an atmosphere as enchanting as the Hill Country itself, all for the occasion of supporting and celebrating film. The gala and awards support up-and-coming filmmakers, and honored the movers and shakers of the Texas film industry while celebrating Texas’s biggest stars.
From the Atlanta Journalism Constitution, “Unapologetically ATL” has become a mantra for Black people across the country for reclaiming Black culture and being proud of it. Our team produced this event at The Gathering Spot, featuring Atlanta’s mayor and prominent citizens.
Describing itself as the “World’s Largest Outdoor Honky Tonk”, the festival offers an array of live music that embraces traditional, modern and experimental country music.
After slippin’ on our cowboy boots we designed and installed some of our favorite outdoor areas yet!
